We are looking for a passionate, fully flexible Sales Development Coordinator to work in World Duty Free (WDF) primarily based at Heathrow Airport, but with regular travel to Gatwick and Stansted Airports. WDF is a leading global travel retailer with over 60 years of experience. Working alongside the Travel Retail Regional Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of the account through excellent product knowledge, teamwork and the delivery of outstanding customer service. Promoting, enhancing and maintaining the Company image and reputation to the customer, as well as offering training support to our sales consultant teams and agency staffing.
Key responsibilities and standards
- Ensure the consultant teams sell fragrance/beauty products to achieve required retail individual and account sales targets set by the company.
- Develop outstanding product knowledge to take into account all the different brands you will be working with and to be able to support consultants and provide training as appropriate.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver a total brand experience.
- Work with terminal stock shops to ensure optimum stock levels. Create an effective journey plan to ensure all stores/terminals and their priorities are dealt with as appropriate, especially during promotions and product launches.
- Maximise in-store sales for terminal outer stores. To actively support our compliance audits with backup photos. Ensure all products are well merchandised according to guidelines.
- Maintain company standards including excellent grooming at all times.
Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a similar industry working with sales targets.
- A passion for fragrance, beauty and luxury brands.
- Flexibility, as hours will include weekends, with early starts.
- Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and uploading photos to company systems.
