Employees have access to our EAP from day one, which has a 24/7 confidential support line and access to a UK-based online GP, mental health counselling, bereavement counselling, including obtaining a second medical opinion for almost any diagnosis.

After a qualifying period, all employees are included in our group life assurance scheme, which makes a tax-free payment to an employee’s family if they die while working for us. It also provides emotional support to those grieving their loved one.
